The "3P" Discipline

To maintain metabolic stability, I adhere to a strict avoidance of the white refined trio:

White Flour

Eliminated to prevent glucose spikes and maintain insulin sensitivity.

White Sugar

Removed to keep insulin levels low and significantly reduce systemic inflammation.

White Rice

Replaced with complex carbohydrates to ensure steady energy without nutrient "overflow".

Plant-Based Foundation

My daily menu prioritizes whole, plant-based foods, primarily prepared through steaming or boiling.

By avoiding oils and animal fats, I maintain optimal lipid profiles naturally, allowing me to sustain an LDL cholesterol level of 65 mg/dL without the use of statins.
